After launching two successful product lines, working in restaurants, owning two catering companies and having recipes featured on different websites and magazines, I am now casting a wider net to work with more food businesses, chefs, websites and magazines. I can develop signature recipes involving your food product and help you develop a new product to bring to market. I have over 10 years experience as a professional chef. I’ve run every facet of a business in the food industry which is notoriously difficult. My strengths include problem solving, interpersonal skills, communication, management, menu planning, and recipe development.
